About My Writing
Developing my writing career has led me to a variety of interesting and diverse projects, fostering strong collaboration with my clients. One of my key strengths is uncovering compelling stories when interviewing business owners and individuals, and crafting articles that engage and hold the reader’s attention.

Projects such as The Wellness Journal for Juniper Trading provide fantastic opportunities to explore topics in depth while working closely with clients to bring their vision to life. Strong relationships are key to achieving the best possible outcome for any project. Research and fact-checking feel like unravelling a thread that leads to meaningful insights, and there is nothing more fulfilling than when the gathered information aligns perfectly with the original objective.

I often return to writing about mental health, mindfulness, and relationships—topics I explore through articles on Medium and in pitches to publications. My background in therapy and relationships continues to shape my work, offering a depth of understanding that enhances both independent projects and collaborations.

My next non-fiction book is also in progress. Between client work, I dedicate time—whether a few minutes or a couple of hours—to developing the manuscript. While not the most conventional approach, I’m aiming to complete the first draft this summer. Exciting times ahead!

A personal story
As a child, I was hesitant to step forward, often doubting that what I had to say was of value. Being physically seen felt excruciating, and the thought of drawing attention to myself was overwhelming. Writing, however, became both a refuge and a paradox—allowing me to hide behind words while simultaneously revealing an inner world that few would glimpse in face-to-face interactions.

Writing is my natural outlet for expressing thoughts on life, sharing personal and professional experiences, and passing on the knowledge I’ve gained as a therapist. It allows me to reflect on the world around me, exploring the complexities of human nature and relationships.
My work as a therapist opened the door to a world of deep human connection. I have been humbled by the stories entrusted to me and honored to be the person my clients chose to confide in. Being invited into the inner world of others has profoundly enriched my own. It has taught me to look beyond the images we present to the world while respecting privacy and developing a deeper understanding of why we do the things we do.
